Dapper Dude...

On September 29th, my longtime girlfriend Heather and her fiancee, Mark got married in Sacramento. The family took a trip up to share in the day. Jaxon and I participated, he as the ringbearer and I as the matron of honor. It was a great day despite the busy weekend and Jaxon's dislike of formalware. We did discover that Jaxon LOVES the single ladies (he hit up all of Heather's friends for a spin around the dance floor) and he loves to dance, just not with his mom. :( See for yourself.

Brothers - Big and Little....


Jaxon LOVES his little brother and now that Logan is almost 3 months old, he seems pretty enamored with Jaxon as well. Logan smiles and laughs at Jaxon (evidently he is quite entertaining for a 3 month old) and responds well to Jaxon's frequent hugs, pats, and kisses.

Here are some pictures of my two boys together over the past 3 months together. It's been quite a ride so far with two boys to look after. I can't wait to see what happens when Logan becomes more mobile and starts wanting to play with Jaxon's toys. Hee, hee. :)

Jaxon has moved Logan on occasion (i.e., I've left Logan in one spot only to turn around and find him moved slightly with Jaxon not far away) and always wants to "take" him which means hold Logan in Jaxon language. Jaxon has proven to be very helpful in getting us things for Logan and is extremely curious about Logan's daily activities. So far, I've only gotten one request to "break" Logan and that was just last week after I asked Jaxon why he hit Logan on the head. Since explaining that we don't hit Logan and that we wouldn't want to "break" brother, we've done pretty well.
